Located on Hermitage Road in the popular Hunter Valley wine region of Pokolbin, IronBark Hill Vineyard was first planted in the late 1980s. IronBark Hill produces predominately Shiraz and Chardonnay and is expanding Semillon planting to meet market demand for the Hunter’s flagship variety. Verdelho, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tyrian, and Merlot bring the annual production to a limited release of between 4000 to 5000 cases. With over 15 hectares under vine, IronBark Hill is a successful commercial vineyard but is still small enough for the personal touch.

So why not drop by the cellar door to taste some of IronBark’s award-winning fine wines. Relax by the fireplace with a cup of coffee and cake. All this is only a quick 20 minute drive from Quest Maitland.
