Established in 1828, Wyndham Estate is 's oldest surviving vineyard operating and the site of the nations’ first commercial Shiraz plantings. The Wyndham Estate winery and cellar door offers an air-conditioned restaurant, outdoor cafe, barbeque and picnic facilities on the banks of the Hunter River . The charming building and beautiful spacious grounds are also available for private functions.
When you visit Wyndham Estate you will be invited to sample their internationally acclaimed wines and enjoy a daily tour through the 100 year old winery and you could even stay for a sumptuous lunch prepared by their resident chef.
